DreamV and Japonica Market Review!

Cute Bunny Graphics Hi everyone! Today I'll be doing a review of the boots I got from DreamV for Christmas, as well as a little review of the Japonica Market Shopping Service! I hope you find it useful and enjoy reading! ~ Cute Bunny Graphics

Having been kindly gifted the money by my mother as a Christmas present, I placed an order with Japonica market on the 1st December for a pair of boots from DreamV on Rakuten, and I received an e-mail the next day saying they were compiling an invoice for me. Later that day I received an invoice for the price of the boots through Paypal, which I paid straight away. The next day (3rd) I got an update from Japonica saying they had ordered my item for me. The item arrived to their office 3 days later (Japanese post is speedy!) and they requested to make the final invoice for me. I agreed, and they asked me to wait a little bit as they were very busy with orders. On the 8th I was sent the final invoice for the commission cost (very reasonable at 600 yen), the domestic shipping cost (about 1000 yen) and international shipping (about 1500 yen as the boots were bulky).

I chose these boots in pink!

I paid on the 11th, and my item was posted out on the 12th! Japonica usually post items the next day which is ideal! I chose to have my item sent by airmail as these packages are less likely to get hit by customs than EMS mail to the UK. I got a tracking number from Japonica on the 15th, by which point my shoes had left Japan. They reached my house on the 19th, which was very quick considering Royal Mail are slow at Christmas time! Japonica kindly marked my package value down so I didn't pay any customs fees. The shoes came in a sturdy cardboard box with wrapping, then a shoebox, and they kindly included the DreamV winter catalogue inside for me!

Sorry for the fuzzy photos! They were taken by my family when I was still at University! Cute Bunny Graphics

I have used Japonica before and have always been very pleased, and this occasion was the same! Cute Bunny Graphics

Overall; 5 Cute Bunny Graphics

Communication; 5 (their English is very good!) Cute Bunny Graphics

Shipping speed; 5 Cute Bunny Graphics

Protection/wrapping ; 5 Cute Bunny Graphics

Price; 5 Cute Bunny Graphics (600 yen commission and a paypal fee of about 160 yen)

Now onto the boots! The box they came in says 'Plumprimo' which is the plus-size brand owned by DreamV; I'm a small size but they were sold out on the main site, so I luckily found some on the pluz-size section. They are just a little wider in the boot opening to allow for people with larger calves, if you have them ^^

The boots are made of a suede-type material, the downside of which is that they can't be made wet or they may possibly stain. However, as long as you are careful to not wear them in the rain, they are ideal for dry cold winter days! The faux fur on the sides is super soft, and the bow is on a band which can be detached from the boot if you'd like

The heel on the shoes is a wedge which feels nice and sturdy when worn. The inside of the shoes are very soft and comfortable; I wore them inside all day on Christmas day and they didn't rub at all. They also feel very cosy when you wear them which is perfect for this time of year!

The heels give you a couple of inches of height, but are very easy to walk in, which is ideal for shorter people like me who still want to be comfy! Cute Bunny Graphics

The colour of the boots is a soft pink, meaning they can be paired with a variety of outfits. I chose to work them into a coordinate for a casual lolita look, with other pale and darker pinks, to add a wintery touch! Cute Bunny Graphics

Outfit rundown:

Blouse; CutesyKink

Cardigan; Angelic Pretty

Skirt; Baby Angel

Tights; H&M Kids

Shoes; DreamV

Wig; Lockshop Dolly

All in all, I'm super pleased with the boots and with my (limited) experience with DreamV! I would definitely recommend their items, as the boots were very good value (about $25/£15) and are nice quality!

Cute Bunny Graphics I hope you all enjoyed this review and it was helpful! Please feel free to comment with any questions or ideas below! Cute Bunny Graphics

Until next time! Cee x

Everyone, welcome to my new blog!

I created this blog because I wanted somewhere to post detailed outfit posts and reviews for shops without making huge Tumblr posts! I will keep this blog running in tandem with my existing Tumblr blog. I also wanted to create a new name for my blog here, to make it a little more personal! Littlemisscee has been my username on various sites for a little while now; the 'Cee' is the phonetic for my first initial C, and the 'Little Miss' comes from the French meaning of my name, Charlotte, which is 'Little Woman'! (ノ◕ヮ◕)ノ*:・゚✧

For those who don't know me, I'm a 21 year old living in the UK, studying Translation and working in a big store! My hobbies include fashion blogging, spending time with friends and my boyfriend, reading, eating tasty food and playing video games. I also like studying Japanese, and recently enjoyed being a Japanese fashion intern! (。♥‿♥。) I also love to travel! I visited Japan in 2013, and I'll be heading back in summer of 2015, I'm so excited!

My favourite brands include Angelic Pretty, Milklim, Cute Can Kill, Kokokim, Liz Lisa, Sanrio, AMUSE, and many others! Cute Bunny Graphics

Just now, I'm working on a number of reviews to post here and I'm really excited to share them with you!

These include DreamV, CutesyKink, HolleyTeaTime and Moon Bunny! (●´ω`●)

In the meantime, if you have any requests or would like to see me review a certain item, please feel free to comment on contact me on my Tumblr (clicky thingy is in the sidebar!) (ノ・ω・)ノ

Hoping you all have a wonderful day!
